Sharing

Saving is on.

Every record is either Only me or Everyone in your organisation — use the toggle on the record. People you add are shared with the team by default; clients, pipeline, projects, meetings, tasks and My outreach start private unless your organisation changed the defaults. Morning briefs and connected accounts are always private — nobody else can see them, including organisation admins.

Import

Bring in people from a CSV or Excel file, such as an event attendee list. You match the columns and check the options before anything is added.

Restore from a full backup made here. Records already in the workspace are left alone.

Export

Download a copy to keep as a backup or open in Excel.
